Alaina's Family

To give a little family history, Jeff and I met in October of 1997 at a bible study at the home of mutual friends. We dated for 3 years and were married August 26, 2000. On January 10, 2003 we were blessed with a healthy baby boy (8lbs., 6ozs.)....Trenton Douglas Atkins!! We knew that we wanted to have more children, but we didn’t realize how quickly our family would grow from 3 members to 5. Exactly 21 months later our 2 girls were born. They were both very healthy with no problems at all. We named them...Alise Rachelle Atkins (5lbs., 11ozs.) and Alaina Brooke Atkins (5lbs., 8ozs.)!!! We have been blessed beyond measure!!!

Following Trent’s birth, Jeff and I decided that I would begin working part-time so that I could be home more with Trent. This worked very well, as my Daddy had retired, and was willing to help with Trent when I was working. Upon learning that we were pregnant again (with twins no less), we decided that I would become a full-time, stay-at-home-mom. How time has flown, in the blink of an eye, Trent is now almost 4, and Alise and Alaina 2.
